While attempting to make the process more convenient, the yearly registration will again open on a Saturday, at a reasonable hour. The process for Returning Teams and New Teams will be done separately so that New Teams will now know exactly where they stand before even filling out the form. Returning teams will register first thus allowing us to show the exact number of teams we need to add over and above returning teams. Before any team is accepted, the league must have your deposit or full payment on file.

 

The league will be accepting 96 teams to fill our six age groups (8U,10U, 12U, 14U, 16U, 18U). When an age group fills up, additional teams in that age group will be put on a waiting list.

Returning Teams ONLY must register in this time frame. Teams will be verified.

                        On 12/21 the registration page will close.

After 12/18 the number of teams needed to fill the league in each age group will be posted.

                        Teams accepted will be posted on the Teams Page as in the past.

           

12/22/18 @ 10:00am – 3/1/19 Administrators set up teams/levels

New Teams: Any teams registering beyond 12/22 will be considered a New Team.

            The registration page reopens and will remain open until the league fills up.

Teams will be accepted on a first come first served basis. The registration form will be date/time stamped when submitted.

 

INSURANCE/ROSTER SUBMISSION:

*Coaches must sign up as coach of team after administrator has set up participating teams.  Complete process can be found on Step by Step Tab. This should be done immediately after administrators have done initial Part 1 pre-registration. 

Coaches are asked to Download MMFL Roster Template to apply team members for USA insurance. This form must include coaching staff. Fill out the form and send in to:
